Protect the space & prep surfaces
Furniture gets moved to the center and covered, floors and fixtures are masked, and we lay drop cloths through work areas. Then the real work: filling nail holes and dents, patching drywall, caulking trim gaps, sanding glossy or rough spots, and spot-priming stains and repairs so the finish coat lays down uniformly.
Prime where it counts
New drywall, patched areas, bold color changes, and water or smoke stains get primed first. Priming is what keeps old colors and blemishes from bleeding through and helps the topcoat bond and wear evenly.
Cut in & roll your finish coats
We hand-cut clean lines at ceilings, corners, and trim, then roll walls in consistent passes. Most rooms get two finish coats for true, even color. Trim, doors, and ceilings are coated in the right order so nothing gets marred as we go.
Walk-through & clean up
We do a final inspection with you under good light, touch up anything that needs it, pull the masking, move furniture back, and haul off our debris. You're left with finished rooms — not a mess to deal with.
